This is the G-PLAN Fresco series wardrobe designed by Victor Bramwell Wilkins and produced by E.Gomme, a representative mid-century company in the UK.
A simple and practical wardrobe. The Fresco series' distinctive handles accent the clean design, and the lack of unnecessary decoration highlights the beauty of the wood grain. It has a large hanger space and ample storage capacity.
It has a large-capacity storage space on the bottom, a shelf with sliding doors on the top that can be changed according to the situation, and a bureau that can be opened to turn into a compact study desk, making it suitable for a variety of uses, such as a cupboard, study desk, decorative shelf in the living room, or even as an all-in-one piece of furniture for single living. This sideboard has a highly practical design that is unique to the UK, where housing conditions are similar to those in Japan.
The design has details in common with the circular table designed as part of the Fresco series living collection. It is a long table called a long john table that goes well with a three-seater sofa. It is a highly practical table with a glass top in the center and a rack underneath that doubles as a display and storage space.
