Warehouse visits

This is a set of two one-seater lobby chairs by Karimoku 60.

It was created in 1968 as furniture for reception rooms. It was a time when Japanese housing was becoming increasingly Westernized and reception rooms appeared in many homes. It was marketed with the aim of popularizing Karimoku furniture among ordinary households, but it was gradually replaced by extravagant reception sets. After that, until its debut as Karimoku 60, it avoided being discontinued by meeting the demand of hospitals and government offices. Moquette green and ivory were added in 2002, and the seat material was improved in 2006. It is a long-selling product that has been produced for over 40 years with the same design as when it was first created.
