Shaker Box Oval / S size #79995

This oval box was inspired by Shaker tools.

While retaining the simple beauty of the original Shaker box, these are handcrafted with a focus on size and functionality that are easy to use in modern Japanese life. The cherry wood has a simple yet elegant grain, and the color will change to a rich color over time.

The Shakers were religious followers who traveled from England to America and established religious communities along the American coastline from the late 18th century to the 19th century.
The everyday items and furniture that were born from a simple, self-sufficient lifestyle are characterized by their simple, functional design and are also known as the "Shaker style."

When you close the lid, it becomes a hidden place, so it's perfect for storing small personal items or as a temporary place to store keys and accessories. It looks good even when left out, so you can use it right away by placing it on a table or shelf.
